By submitting this form, you ("User") agree to the following terms with Y57 Network ("Provider"):

1. Purpose of Submission

This form is provided for general inquiries, support requests, feedback, comments, and communication with the Provider.

Submission of this form does not create a business partnership, employment relationship, client relationship, or contractual obligation beyond the terms stated herein.

2. Service Fee

A non-refundable service fee of $6.00 USD is required to submit this form.

This fee covers administrative costs, processing, review, spam prevention, record retention, and related services associated with handling submissions.

Payment of the service fee does not guarantee a response, resolution, approval, publication, service, or any specific outcome.

Except where required by law, the $6.00 service fee is non-refundable once the submission has been received and processed by the Provider.

2. Accuracy of Information

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful information through this form.

3. Communications Consent

By submitting this form, you authorize the Provider to contact you regarding your inquiry using the information you provide.

The Provider may respond by email or other appropriate communication methods related to your request.

4. Prohibited Use

• Submitting spam or unsolicited advertisements.
• Transmitting malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or impersonating others.
• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.

The Provider reserves the right to block, remove, or report abusive submissions.

5. Privacy

Information submitted through this form may be stored and processed for the purpose of responding to inquiries, maintaining records, improving services, and complying with legal obligations.

While the Provider may review submissions, no guarantee is made regarding response times or that a response will be provided.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that:

• Your electronic submission constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.
